What should you expect?
A wonderful light lotion by Soothing Touch with a very light scent of lavander also includes ingredients such as,
St. John's Wort, Kava Kava, and Valerian, is used during the massage. In-House massages are provided in a wonderfully,
relaxing, dreamy and enlightened environment. Don't expect a standard clinical-looking room. You won't
find starchy white sheets here. Instead, you will experience clean, soft and colorful sheets, and peaceful
surroundings. I truly care about your experience and want it to be as relaxing and rejuvenating as possible.
Aroma Therapy
Aroma Therapy is incorporated to add to your multi-sensory massage therapy experience. Music is also utilized as a form
of relaxation. Choose from classical, new age, nature sounds, jazz or bring your own favorite cd.
Before I start
I will ask you to describe any recent injuries or pain in your body so I can customize your session for maximum comfort and
relaxation. I begin the massage with warm heat packs to loosen the muscles and prepare the body and then continue with
your customized session. I also use a full body heater that can be adjusted for the perfect temperature.

Sound Therapy Massage
Sound massage with Tibetan Healing Bowls is a special sound-therapy. Healing bowls are placed directly upon the
clothes or within the health aura and are softly touched with a mallet of felt. Calming sounds and soft vibrations
generated by the bowls care for increasing wellness and effective and indeep relaxing ('sound-relaxation').
Benefits of sound massage for healthy people are development of inner harmony as well as an energetical boost in managing
everyday life. You'll experience impulses of imagination and creative powers. In case of physical, mental or psychologic
distortions, sound massage can effectively help releasing inconveniencies resulting from everyday stress, sorrow or fear.
